A workforce platform holds sensitive people, compliance and operational data, so the control layer matters. Luminar Portal includes admin controls for feature flags, role-based access, two-factor authentication, SSO, audit trails, restricted records and integration keys.

These settings help each organisation phase modules in safely, restrict sensitive information and connect the Portal to the wider systems it needs to work with.
